Remote Accounting Analyst

About the role

As a Remote Accounting Analyst at BairesDev, you will serve as the primary internal contact for the company’s financial information. You will have full visibility of transactions and be responsible for preparing and processing accounting data that supports decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts and verify cost‑center allocations.
• Register accruals, apply corrections, and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.
• Compile financial statements and generate regular reports for management.
• Support monthly closing cycles and contribute to the development of accounting frameworks.

Required profile

• Experience in accounting, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or NetSuite.
