Psychologist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified psychologist to join our team in Quito. The successful candidate will provide one‑on‑one therapeutic support and contribute to case analysis and reporting within an integral psychology framework.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions (1‑to‑1).
• Analyze client cases and develop treatment plans.
• Prepare detailed psychological reports for each client.

Required profile

• University degree in Psychology.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience.
• Age 26 years or older.
• Solid knowledge of at least one integral approach (Jungian, psychoanalytic, Gestalt, or systemic).
• Strong analytical and interpretative abilities.
• Ability to produce clear psychological reports.
• Innovative mindset and commitment to client wellbeing.
