About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Language and Literature teacher to join our secondary school team. The successful candidate will inspire students, deliver high‑quality instruction, and support their academic progression towards exams and further education. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment aligned with our ISP principles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum and lesson plans for secondary/high‑school language and literature classes.
• Deliver engaging, effective instruction that meets diverse learning needs.
• Assess student performance, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop assessment tools and track student outcomes.
• Prepare students for national examinations and post‑secondary education pathways.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and support services to enhance student success.

Required profile

• Degree in education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Experience teaching secondary or high‑school students.

Required skills

• Strong subject‑matter expertise in language and literature.
• Effective classroom management and communication abilities.
• Ability to motivate and engage adolescent learners.
