People Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to strengthen employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and support talent acquisition in a fast‑growing remote company. This full‑time position will work closely with leadership and the broader team to ensure smooth people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Support hiring initiatives by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
• Organise employee engagement programs and virtual events.
• Maintain HR systems, employee databases, and workflow documentation.
• Assist leadership with workforce planning and operational improvements.
• Monitor employee KPIs and performance metrics.
• Create internal communications, company updates, and social content.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Help coordinate payroll and contractor management.
• Build positive relationships with employees and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in HR operations, recruiting, or employee support is preferred.
• Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems.
