Panadero/a – Turno Noche

About the role

Panaderia Delicias del Dia is looking for a dedicated baker to work the night shift in its Quito bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of breads, pastries and confectionery items while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake different types of breads, doughs and bakery products.
• Produce pastries, cakes, desserts and other confectionery items.
• Operate ovens, dough mixers, beaters and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Measure, weigh and dose ingredients according to established recipes.
• Monitor fermentation, baking times and product presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools and equipment.
• Follow hygiene, food handling and storage regulations.
• Control raw material usage to minimise waste.
• Assist with product stocking and inventory for sales.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of proven experience in bakery and pastry production.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age between 23 and 35 years.
• Ability to work independently, follow recipes and meet production deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours.
