Online English Teacher (Native Spanish Speaker)

About the role

LatinHire is seeking native Spanish speakers with an English teaching background to deliver engaging online English classes via Zoom. Work from the comfort of your home, set your own hours, and teach students using pre‑prepared lesson materials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live English lessons on Zoom according to the schedule you choose.
• Use provided lesson plans and materials; no lesson preparation required.
• Provide brief written feedback to students after each class.
• Log into LatinHire’s teaching platform, attend assigned shifts, and manage shift swaps or extra picks as needed.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker.
• C1 or C2 level English proficiency.
• University degree in English Teaching or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience teaching English as a foreign language.
• Reliable computer with high‑speed internet (at least 2 Mbps), webcam, and microphone.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• At least 10 hours of weekly availability, with 5 hours during peak times (Mon‑Fri 6 pm‑1 am ET).
