About the role
Join Kruger as an Occupational Physician dedicated to safeguarding the health and well‑being of employees and students. You will provide preventive and clinical care within a dynamic corporate environment, promoting a safe and energetic workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct medical consultations for staff and students on site.
- Perform occupational health examinations and monitor work‑related health cases.
- Lead prevention campaigns, wellness initiatives, and healthy‑habit programs.
- Prepare medical reports on occupational health status.
- Coordinate health actions with Human Talent and Occupational Safety & Health departments.
Required profile
- Medical degree with experience in occupational health.
- Familiarity with occupational health regulations.
- Strong service orientation, professional ethics, and empathy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of occupational health regulations.
