International Online Marketing Specialist

About the role

Nunalabs is seeking an International Online Marketing Specialist to drive growth across its e‑commerce channels and new markets. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to build a consistent brand experience for a biotech startup that creates botanical extracts for global consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns on Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Manage the full e‑commerce funnel, including order processing, post‑sales support, and logistics coordination.
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and drive measurable growth.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Director to align online initiatives with overall brand strategy.
• Support expansion into multiple markets such as Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, and the United States.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Commercial Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, or digital channel management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in startups, DTC brands, or consumer brands is a plus.
