About the role
We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition, candidate screening, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR operations. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and the chance to grow within a dynamic HR team.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage recruiting pipelines and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding, training coordination, and HR record keeping.
- Maintain CRM systems, workforce reports, and assist with payroll processing.
- Create engaging recruitment content and job advertisements.
- Support employee relations, engagement activities, and vendor coordination.
- Perform general HR administrative and operational tasks.
Required profile
- Strong recruiting and communication abilities.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude and professional communication style.
- Prior HR or recruitment experience preferred.
