About the role

We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition, candidate screening, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR operations. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and the chance to grow within a dynamic HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Support employee onboarding, training coordination, and HR record keeping.
• Maintain CRM systems, workforce reports, and assist with payroll processing.
• Create engaging recruitment content and job advertisements.
• Support employee relations, engagement activities, and vendor coordination.
• Perform general HR administrative and operational tasks.
