Growth Marketing Manager – DTC Ecommerce

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing DTC pet products company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead performance‑focused campaigns across multiple channels and drive measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart and Chewy.
• Design, launch and iterate data‑driven campaigns with clear KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, LTV, CVR).
• Set up and optimize email flows (Klaviyo or similar) to capture non‑converters and re‑engage traffic.
• Monitor results daily/weekly/monthly, extract actionable insights and continuously test ads, targeting, creatives, funnels and landing pages.
• Partner with agencies, hold them accountable for performance, and collaborate with creative, product and retention teams.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of hands‑on PPC experience (Meta & Google required; TikTok/Amazon a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and lowering CAC through structured testing.
• Experience managing agencies and working in DTC/e‑commerce environments, preferably pet or subscription brands.
