Google Ads Manager

About the role

Vertu Agent is looking for a data‑driven Google Ads Manager to design, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable growth through strategic use of Google’s advertising platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and develop campaign structures aligned with client goals.
• Write and optimise ad copy and creative assets, monitor performance and implement data‑driven adjustments.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting while conducting A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
• Track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Produce reports, dashboards and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with content, design, SEO and broader marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2 level).
• Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
