Full Stack Laravel + React Developer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled Full Stack Laravel + React Developer to join its remote team serving clients across Latin America. You will work on high‑impact projects, building modern web applications that combine robust back‑end APIs with responsive front‑end interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Laravel (v8+) applications and RESTful APIs.
• Implement front‑end features using React (or Vue.js/Livewire) and integrate with Inertia.js.
• Write automated tests with Pest, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software on schedule.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve code quality.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with Laravel 8 or newer.
• Strong knowledge of Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, and Query Builder.
• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, or Playwright.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and using Inertia.js.
• Front‑end development experience with React (or Vue.js, Livewire) and optional Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, focus on client goals, and maintain a detail‑oriented mindset.
