About the role

Join Mondeléz International as a Field Sales Executive in Guayaquil and help drive the growth of our snack portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering new product launches, promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers across your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and sustain healthy, sustainable relationships with all customers in your portfolio.
  • Execute sales plans for base, new product development (NPD) and promotional activities.
  • Analyze business performance for each customer, take corrective actions, and meet annual KPI targets.
  • Identify, win, and maintain the maximum number of Perfect Stores within the customer base.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure product availability and proper stock levels.
  • Schedule weekly route reviews, monitor promotional implementation, and manage inventory compliance.
  • Support the sales team with vacation planning, mobility expenses, and meal allowances.

Required profile

  • 3 to 5 years of commercial experience in modern trade within a mass‑consumer goods environment.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
  • Power BI for dashboard analysis
