Customer Success

About the role

The Customer Success team is looking for a proactive professional to guide new and existing clients through the onboarding process, ensure effective adoption of our technology solutions, and maintain a high level of satisfaction throughout the post‑sale journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new customers, guaranteeing proper adoption of services and solutions.
• Support clients during initial and ongoing phases, answering questions and aligning expectations.
• Act as the primary post‑sale contact, safeguarding a consistent, positive experience.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and value of implemented solutions; detect churn risks and propose preventive actions.
• Build long‑term trusted relationships, promote retention, and drive contract renewals.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities in coordination with the commercial team.
• Coordinate internally with Operations, Technology, Support, Pre‑sales and Finance to meet client commitments.
• Collect client feedback via surveys and meetings, and suggest continuous improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in CRM and produce status, adoption, satisfaction and risk reports.

Required profile

• Experience in client onboarding and post‑sale support.
• Strong ability to monitor product adoption and anticipate churn.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying growth opportunities.
• Organizational skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• CRM (experience updating and reporting client information).
