About the role

DICAFOOD S.A.S. is looking for a dedicated Grill Cook (Cocinero Parrillero) to join the Chef House team in Quito. The role focuses on managing the grill station, ensuring high‑quality dishes, and supporting overall restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the grill area, guaranteeing consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
• Control inventory levels and coordinate kitchen supplies.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Motivate and guide kitchen staff, fostering teamwork under pressure.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age between 22 and 35 years.
• Less than 1 year of professional experience in restaurant management.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Knowledge of restaurant management practices.
