About the role
The hotel is looking for a skilled cook to join its kitchen team. You will work under the supervision of the chef or sous‑chef to deliver high‑quality meals for breakfast, dinner and banquet services.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food according to established quality standards and culinary techniques.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Control cooking times and ensure attractive presentation of dishes.
- Conduct inventory checks, store and label products correctly, and minimize waste.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Required profile
- Technical or professional culinary education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook.
- Age between 25 and 40 years.
- Knowledge of hygiene norms, inventory management, food preparation and presentation.
