About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cleaning Assistant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment across all areas of our Guayaquil facilities. You will play a key part in upholding the company’s high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of offices, kitchens, restrooms and common areas.
• Ensure all spaces meet the company’s visual and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliability and punctuality.
