Asesora de Ventas – Moda Retail (Cumbayá y Valle de los Chillos)

About the role

Esprit Quito is looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join its fashion retail stores located in Scala Shopping (Cumbayá) and Vista Valle (Valle de los Chillos). You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and product advice to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote and recommend items based on customer needs.
• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and product presentation.
• Uphold brand image and service standards.
• Participate in store campaigns and commercial actions.

Required profile

• Minimum technical/professional education.
• At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Strong commercial attitude, communication skills, and goal orientation.
• Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and flexibility to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays.
