About the role
FLEXOR S.A.S is seeking a motivated Commercial Advisor to join its sales team in Quito. The role focuses on driving sales, advising clients, and building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional advice to clients and guide them through product selections.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
- Maintain a customer‑oriented approach, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve results.
- Utilize basic digital tools to manage client information and sales activities.
Required profile
- University degree (minimum).
- At least 4 years of experience in sales or a related commercial role.
- Fluent in English.
- Age between 30 and 45 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., office software, CRM basics).
