About the role

The company seeks a Technical Sales Advisor to manage and grow its pharmaceutical product line. You will act as the main point of contact for strategic customers, providing technical and commercial guidance while driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and manage a portfolio of current and potential strategic clients.
• Develop account‑specific commercial plans and produce client visit reports.
• Conduct specialized B2B prospecting and identify client technical and commercial needs.
• Follow up offers, projects, samples and opportunities, recording all activities in the company system.
• Prepare sales forecasts by client, product and sector.
• Coordinate quotations and purchase orders with internal teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities for commercial and service improvement.
• Advise clients on the production chain efficiently and promptly.
• Monitor market trends on pricing, product demand and consumption to support raw‑material procurement.
• Perform all functions related to commercial activity and client service in the assigned zone.
• Support the development and implementation of the quality management system.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid automobile driving license and willingness to travel.
• Strong orientation to customer needs, negotiation and B2B relationship management.
