Agente de Ventas B2B

About the role

The B2B Sales Agent will manage and grow an assigned portfolio of medium and large clients in Quito. The role combines field visits, consultative selling, and structured pipeline management to achieve commercial targets and sustain long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new B2B customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Develop existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and continuity.
• Conduct weekly field visits according to a planned schedule.
• Track opportunities from initial contact to closure, ensuring full traceability.
• Record all activities, prospects, and opportunity status in a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
• Prepare and send regular commercial performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs, OKRs, and other commercial metrics to guide results‑oriented actions.
• Coordinate with internal commercial teams and support functions to guarantee seamless client service.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and accompanied visits during the initial phase.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior commercial experience, preferably in consultative sales, medical field visits, or portfolio management.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with medium and large clients.
• Result‑driven mindset with experience using metrics and OKR frameworks.
• Organised work habits, disciplined agenda management, and reliable reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
