Account Executive (Remote, B2B SaaS, uncapped commission)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join 100Hires, a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company that automates recruiting workflows. The role is fully remote and focuses on selling our applicant‑tracking platform to SMBs worldwide, with an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, delivering live demos and handling objections.
• Conduct deep discovery calls to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails and create/optimize cold‑outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and record educational videos for prospects and customers.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling B2B SaaS, preferably with $1K–$5K ACV.
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, asynchronous communication.
• Strong live‑demo and objection‑handling skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand product use cases deeply.
• Reliable internet connection, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
