Account Executive Analyst – Client Management & Analytics

About the role

The Account Executive Analyst supports Visa's client cluster in Ecuador by providing analytical, business development, and execution support for key client projects and market initiatives. Reporting to the Cluster Lead Director, the role bridges client needs with Visa’s product portfolio and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to short‑ and long‑term strategic plans for high‑potential clients in coordination with Account Executives.
• Manage client requests such as trainings, demos, webinars, card designs, NDAs, and collateral production.
• Create quarterly performance reports, business intelligence dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses to track revenue, product mix, and e‑commerce trends.
• Lead incentive payment processing, develop tracking mechanisms, and produce incentive usage reports for internal and client presentations.
• Support the sales team by updating client information in Microsoft Dynamics and coordinating client engagement surveys and newsletters.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of banking and financial‑services industry trends and client business processes.
• Ability to evaluate client strategies, recommend partnership actions, and align them with Visa’s overall objectives.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience in creating performance and incentive reports.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate across Visa’s internal teams and external clients.
