About the role
AiSol is seeking a full‑cycle Account Executive to drive adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation among US enterprises. You will work directly with the founder, selling proven solutions to brand‑name clients and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client processes and recommending tailored AI and automation solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and activity tracking in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to align go‑to‑market efforts.
- Represent AiSol at client meetings, demos, and industry events as needed.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of B2B sales experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology‑focused roles (including SDR/BDR exposure).
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle and deliver revenue results.
- Strong interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation with a willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
- Experience using CRM systems.
