Warranty Representative

About the role

The Warranty Representative at EcuAssist manages post‑sale warranty claims for construction finishes such as countertops, tile installations, and related products. You will ensure each claim is processed efficiently, professionally, and in line with company procedures while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and categorize warranty claims from clients or internal teams.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, replacements, or service visits with installation, production, and support departments.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
• Document each case accurately, including photos, notes, service records, and technical reports.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
• Update internal systems with warranty information and case follow‑ups to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (assessment during interview).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, operations, administration, construction, scheduling, warranties, or similar areas.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open cases.
• Problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learning of internal software platforms.
