Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our growing portfolio of mid‑term rental properties. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests and tenants, ensuring smooth bookings, communication, and property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, lease agreements, and tenant onboarding.
• Monitor occupancy, update pricing, and track renewals and move‑in/move‑out schedules.
• Handle maintenance requests and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain listings on platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Keep property records, reports, and operational documentation up to date.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve guest concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing mid‑term rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and pay close attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway or similar property‑management software.
• Experience with tenant screening and lease management processes.
• Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools and occupancy management.
