User Acquisition Junior Manager

About the role

IDT is seeking a hands‑on User Acquisition Junior Manager to join its marketing team. You will help scale paid campaigns across multiple digital channels to grow the user base of two flagship mobile apps, Boss Money and Boss Revolution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution and daily optimization of paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X and other platforms.
• Develop channel strategies to meet CPI, CPA and ROAS targets.
• Analyze the full performance funnel from impression to install, activation and downstream conversions.
• Lead creative testing, run A/B tests and build a structured testing framework.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure ad assets match app messaging and audience.
• Continuously explore new channels, optimization tactics and AI‑driven tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing paid campaigns in a B2C app acquisition or growth role.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into clear optimization decisions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
