Technical Owner (Delivery Management)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Owner to lead delivery management and coordinate a multidisciplinary technical team. You will work closely with the Product Owner and act as the primary liaison across Business, Architecture, Development, DevSecOps, SQA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data to ensure reliable outcomes throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical team to achieve assigned objectives and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Business, Architecture, Development, DevSecOps, SQA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data.
• Ensure adherence to technology policies, guidelines, and standards during development and implementation.
• Plan and allocate team time and resources effectively using collaborative tools.
• Partner with the Product Owner to align technical delivery with product goals and priorities.
• Drive risk mitigation actions and support audit or regulatory plans affecting technology components.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies that add value to the organization.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in IT delivery management and complex technology project management.
• Strong leadership skills to guide technical teams and develop people.
• Proven project planning and execution experience, including risk mitigation and audit or regulatory action plans.
• Solid budget control and resource management skills for technology initiatives.
• Strong change management abilities for IT improvements and operational transitions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate stakeholders across multiple areas.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• Relevant IT certification in a technology domain (nice to have).
• Postgraduate degree in Information Technology or Telecommunications (nice to have).
