Technical Coordinator, RSPO

About the role

SCS Global Services is seeking an organized and proactive Technical Coordinator to support the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) program. In this role you will act as the main point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of third‑party environmental certification projects.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and set up new client requests with accuracy.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs promptly.
• Coordinate audit projects, review audit reports, and apply professional judgment to ensure compliance with RSPO standards.
• Manage daily communications via email and Microsoft Teams with auditors, clients, and internal staff.
• Maintain client files, program documentation, and invoicing records in line with SCS quality systems.
• Support quality‑assurance activities and perform field observations as required.

• Excellent communication abilities for interfacing with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline‑driven timelines.
