Tech Lead (Sanity CMS) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Tech Lead to drive large‑scale Sanity CMS migration projects for our U.S. clients. You will join the client’s existing design and engineering team, working remotely from anywhere in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture decisions and guide the engineering team through complex migration initiatives.
• Design and implement content models, data mapping, transformation, and migration tooling for Sanity CMS.
• Collaborate daily with designers, product owners, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration.
• Identify technical risks, define migration strategies, and maintain data integrity throughout the project.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and API‑driven architectures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
