Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team. In this remote position you will source, assess, and guide both technical and non‑technical candidates for BairesDev and its clients, ensuring a strong fit with our fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and online information to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video call, LinkedIn or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal and technical interviews, send invitations and keep records up to date.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation and logical reasoning.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management, organization and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
