Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a remote Staffing Frontiers Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. You will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT business opportunities, ensuring timely placements and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and fill open positions, select candidates, and meet defined deadlines.
• Review, filter, and maintain the candidate pipeline according to specific parameters.
• Keep job openings up‑to‑date and clean any outdated listings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams throughout the vetting process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar staffing role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented mindset with strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English proficiency with articulate communication skills.
