About the role

The Senior Consultant Pre‑Sales Engineer provides technical expertise during the pre‑sales phase, helping customers understand how complex solutions meet their business needs. This role combines deep product knowledge with strong analytical skills to design and present tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements and technical environments.
• Develop and present solution architectures that address customer needs.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Manage large, complex projects with limited oversight.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and delegating tasks.
• Influence internal policies, practices, and procedures related to solution design.

Required profile

• Recognized subject‑matter expert with advanced knowledge in pre‑sales engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a similar senior role.
• Four‑year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to solve difficult, complex technical and business challenges.
• Strong project‑management and leadership capabilities.
