Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our TalentPop App team. You will handle inbound calls, chat, and email inquiries in both Spanish and English, providing fast, courteous support to our e‑commerce customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via voice, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Previous bilingual support experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems.
