About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at BairesDev, you will lead complex technical programs across distributed teams, ensuring that dependencies, risks, and milestones remain visible and under control from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, turning program complexity into clear, actionable communication that keeps leadership informed and aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical programs end‑to‑end across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to keep programs on track and unblock delivery.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives, ensuring successful rollout and uptake across teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting skills.
• Proven experience tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption‑driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
