Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (.NET & Angular)

About the role

North Highland is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its Quito team. You will design, develop, and maintain modern web applications that turn strategic vision into tangible business value for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement web applications using C# (.NET Core) on the backend and Angular (v19+) on the frontend.
• Build, maintain, and optimise PostgreSQL databases, including schema design and query performance.
• Develop and expose RESTful APIs, integrating with external services and systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into clean, production‑ready code.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimise application performance in production environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Authorized to work in Ecuador without sponsorship.
