Senior Sales Consultant – Ecuador

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ecuador. The Senior Sales Consultant will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and promote Sharda Cropchem’s agro‑chemical and related product portfolio across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer meetings and provide technical and commercial guidance.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts to meet sales and margin targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments, sharing insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain, marketing and technical support to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with distributors and end‑customers.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in agro‑chemicals, industrial products or related sectors, preferably in a senior sales or business‑development role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts in regional or international markets.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ecuador, travel within the region and collaborate across multicultural teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field; advanced education or certifications in sales or agribusiness are a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency highly beneficial for global coordination and reporting.
