Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of EPC projects, from proposal development through award, execution, and start‑up. The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project proposals and manage execution from award to completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for client and internal communications.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate and direct multidisciplinary project teams.
• Control all required project management systems, including cost, budget, and document control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals.
• Report directly to the Manager of Process and Mechanical Engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or a related technical/management discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in energy, chemical, or manufacturing EPC projects.
• Working knowledge of industry codes and standards of practice.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high‑pressure environments.

Required skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of flow and logistics for EPC project execution.
• Proficiency with project control systems: cost and budget reporting, forecast to completion, critical‑path scheduling, and document management.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical subject matter efficiently with teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Proficient use of MS Project.
