Senior Mobile Engineer, iOS/Android

About the role

We are building a new class of consumer hardware that will redefine how people interact with their living spaces. As a Senior Mobile Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end consumer app for iOS and Android, delivering a seamless experience for discovery, purchase, setup, and daily control of the product.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the iOS and Android consumer app architecture.
• Implement commerce flows, including checkout, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay integration.
• Build the computer‑vision measurement pipeline using AprilTag detection, pose estimation, camera calibration, and multi‑frame fusion.
• Create the BLE and Wi‑Fi connectivity layer and device‑control UI in partnership with firmware teams.
• Set up and operate production infrastructure: CI/CD, crash reporting, analytics, feature flags, and release management.
• Collaborate with design on onboarding, error handling, and overall user experience.
• Contribute to team growth through mentorship, technical standards, and interviewing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience shipping production consumer mobile apps.
• At least one publicly released app you built or significantly contributed to.
• Deep expertise in one native platform (Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Compose) and working knowledge of the other.
• Experience with commerce features and payment integrations.
