Senior GTM & GA4 Analytics Specialist (Hourly Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a senior specialist to lead advanced Google Tag Manager and GA4 tracking implementations for a major client in the marketing sector. The role is contract‑based and requires independent problem‑solving across multiple paid‑media accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end GTM implementations across several accounts, configuring custom events, variables and complex triggers.
• Diagnose and resolve tracking discrepancies, ensuring closure and reliable data.
• Lead product‑feed strategy using DataFeedWatch or similar tools, creating advanced feed rules and segmentation to boost Shopping campaign performance.
• Troubleshoot feed disapprovals, mismatches and data inconsistencies.
• Configure, validate and audit GA4 tracking frameworks, supporting accurate attribution and conversion tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years hands‑on GTM implementation experience.
• At least 2 years managing product feeds for Google Shopping campaigns.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in complex, multi‑account environments.
• Experience in a performance‑marketing agency or eCommerce setting is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
