Senior Director, Frontline Marketing (Ecuador)

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Frontline Marketing agenda across Ecuador. This senior leader will shape long‑term portfolio growth, align system‑wide priorities, and drive sustainable value for consumers, customers, bottling partners, and the broader Coca‑Cola system.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the strategic marketing roadmap for Ecuador, influencing system‑wide decisions that accelerate category and brand growth.
• Act as the chief marketing strategist, ensuring alignment among The Coca‑Cola Company, bottling partners, commercial teams, and franchise leadership.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities to recruit new consumers, expand consumption occasions, and strengthen brand equity.
• Translate consumer, shopper, cultural and commercial insights into actionable growth initiatives.
• Lead portfolio prioritization and resource allocation, focusing investments on high‑potential brands and occasions.
• Drive the long‑term growth strategy for the Sparkling portfolio, balancing global brand directives with local market realities.

Required profile

• Proven business leadership experience, preferably at senior director or equivalent level.
• Deep expertise in strategic marketing, brand management and consumer insight integration.
• Ability to define winning growth strategies and align diverse stakeholders across a complex system.
• Strong vision to elevate discussions beyond short‑term challenges and maintain focus on long‑term impact.
• Demonstrated capability to lead teams through complexity and change.
