Senior AI Architect – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of production‑grade AI applications that address complex, real‑world problems at scale. This remote position allows you to work across the full technology stack, from concept to deployment, building intelligent systems that power next‑generation products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, production‑ready AI platforms and applications.
• Build and evolve retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge‑base systems.
• Develop agent‑based and multi‑agent architectures for complex workflow automation.
• Create backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud‑native infrastructure supporting AI workloads.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and scalability requirements.
• Guide technical decisions on AI orchestration, deployment, and system integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI‑powered applications in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of RAG architectures, semantic search, and information retrieval.
• Hands‑on experience with agent‑based or multi‑agent systems.
• Strong background in distributed systems and software architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
