Senior Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Agentic Product Designer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers and product managers to create AI‑powered experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives for complex SaaS and workflow automation platforms.
• Design AI‑native interfaces, copilots, conversational agents and other agentic systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure smooth handoff and continuous integration of design assets.
• Maintain and evolve design component libraries, auto‑layout structures and variables in Figma.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the team’s design process and documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product or UX/UI design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑focused, SaaS or complex platform projects.
• Proven ability to work remotely and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, component libraries, variables, prototyping, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design and accessibility.
• Experience working in agile / scrum environments.
