Senior Account Manager – AI‑Generated UGC & Social Media Agency

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Senior Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for clients of a fast‑growing agency that delivers AI‑generated user‑generated content and social‑media growth services. The role is fully remote and focuses on strategic relationship management, project coordination, and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead account contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive communication and satisfaction.
• Conduct onboarding calls, set expectations, timelines, and communication processes.
• Manage client escalations, risk identification, and resolution while maintaining trust.
• Coordinate strategy calls, performance reviews, and regular client meetings.
• Oversee content production schedules, collaborate with creative, AI, and posting teams, and review deliverables for quality.
• Track campaign execution, account progress, and internal task completion.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational systems to support agency scalability.
• Monitor client KPIs, provide platform guidance, and recommend strategic improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, or agency operations.
• Background in marketing, ecommerce, social media, or creative services.
• Strong conflict‑resolution, communication, and organizational skills.
• High emotional intelligence, detail‑orientation, and ability to work independently under pressure.
