Scrum Master

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide multiple software development teams in adopting and evolving Agile practices. You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement to deliver value predictably.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption and evolution of Scrum and Kanban across teams and programs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies at team and program levels to ensure alignment and flow.
• Remove complex impediments that affect delivery predictability.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders to reduce risk.
• Coach Product Owners on backlog prioritization and refinement.
• Promote continuous improvement using metrics and effective retrospectives.
• Monitor delivery and performance indicators and guide corrective actions.
• Ensure transparency and traceability of work using Jira and dashboards.
• Support scaled Agile initiatives when required.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to raise Agile maturity.
• Build high‑performing teams through collaboration and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in software development.
• Hands‑on experience supporting multiple teams or simultaneous initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and cross‑team dependencies.
• Servant‑leadership mindset with strong facilitation skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Required skills

• Scrum and Kanban methodology.
• Jira (advanced) and Confluence.
• Agile metrics: Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput.
• SDLC knowledge.
• DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
• Azure DevOps or Power BI for reporting.
• SAFe (nice to have) and Lean Management.
• DORA metrics and PI Planning experience (nice to have).
