Salesforce Developer

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and integrate custom applications on the Salesforce Force platform. The role offers significant growth opportunities and can be performed fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft and related tools.
• Advise clients on customizing Salesforce infrastructure and oversee multi‑system integrations.
• Implement, test, and deploy new or updated code throughout release cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with Business System Support and Projects teams.
• Manage tasks and priorities using Scrum methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
• At least two Salesforce certifications.
• Proven experience in point‑and‑click configuration, workflows, validation rules, roles, profiles, reports and dashboards.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments and documentation of business requirements.

Required skills

• Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft.
• Programming languages: at least two major languages (e.g., Java.NET).
• Integration APIs: SOAP, REST, Streaming APIs.
• Security standards: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, SSL, authentication and authorization concepts.
• Microservices, scalable front‑end infrastructure, distributed systems.
