Salesforce Agentforce Architect (Remote, Ecuador)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Agentforce Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of AI‑powered Salesforce solutions. This remote position requires overlap with US Eastern Time and focuses on building scalable Agentic AI experiences for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
• Design scalable AI agents for customer service, sales, operations, and process automation.
• Define AI agent orchestration, prompt engineering, grounding strategies, guardrails, and governance.
• Architect integrations between Agentforce and Salesforce Clouds, external APIs, enterprise systems, and third‑party AI services.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver contextual and grounded AI experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Conduct discovery workshops, guide development teams, and ensure best‑practice architecture standards.
• Maintain security, compliance, scalability, and performance across all implementations.
• Participate in solution estimations, technical proposals, and client presentations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade Agentforce solutions.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills, with the ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Flow Automation, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs.
• Agentforce implementation and AI agent orchestration.
• Prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), AI guardrails, memory/context management, multi‑agent workflows.
• Integration of Agentforce with Data Cloud, Knowledge, CRM data, and external systems.
• Salesforce Einstein AI concepts.
