Sales Support Representative

About the role

TruckTractorTrailer.com, a data‑driven marketplace for commercial trucking, is looking for a Sales Support Representative based in Guayaquil. The role supports sales activity, engages with U.S. customers, and moves opportunities through the pipeline while working fully remotely during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails and inquiries.
• Qualify leads and assist prospects throughout the sales process.
• Conduct outbound follow‑up to convert opportunities into booked business.
• Educate customers on the platform’s features and services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and meet KPI targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• At least two years of experience in sales, customer service or business development.
• Confidence speaking with U.S. business decision‑makers.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home‑office setup.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8 a.m.‑5 p.m. Eastern Time.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
