Sales Executive – Remote Commission‑Only Role

About the role

We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our remote team on a commission‑only basis. You will prospect, engage and close B2B customers across multiple product lines, enjoying full control over your schedule and earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact business owners, managers and decision‑makers through outbound calls and emails.
• Present our products and services clearly and professionally.
• Match customer needs with appropriate solutions and book qualified appointments or demos.
• Maintain lead activity, follow‑ups and performance metrics in our CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets while working independently.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and comfortable with high‑activity outbound prospecting.
• Confident speaking with business decision‑makers.
• Disciplined, results‑driven and able to work without constant supervision.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, appointment setting or closing is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
