About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. As a Solutions Architect, you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and design coding challenges that help improve AI model performance. The role is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for engineers looking for project‑based work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑written code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in any of the listed Latin American countries.
